Apt in Playa Bastian Las Coronas ?

Going to Costa Teguise for the first time in mid May.Could anyome assist with recommending whether a privately rented apartment on the Playa Bastian or Las Coronas complexes would be better? Las Coronas is still establishing itself as a community whereas Bastian is very mature with exceptional facilities. There are several bars and pools and the residents are very friendly. Not easy to rent but there are appts available through the internet (type in Playa Bastian Lanzarote). Fantastic bars and reataurants within 200 mtrs - if you choose to go to Bastian - ask for bars etc and I will recommend some choices. - Enjoy. 5.
