Hi there heading to PDC on 28th flying from Shannon just heard there that air controllers are going on 24 hour strike on 28th(just our luck)If anyone can give me any info with regards to will we fly or not I would be very grateful.

We're hoping to go To Lanz 1st week in April but one of us needs a Spanish Schengen visa. Earliest appointment at London Spanish Embassy is 7 April!! A couple of agencies have suggested getting a French Schengen visa instead, as this is much quicker and will still be valid for entry to Lanzarote. Anyone had similar experience. Will the French visa be OK?

I have booked to stay at the Galeon Playa, Costa Teguise in June. It is a one bedroomed apartment and i wanted to know which are the best rooms? I was going to request a sea view but have read it is overlooking a main road. We have a 3 year old daughter so need quiet room if poss. Which would i be better requesting?
