anyone stayed in los hibicos in puerto del carmen?
Hi there thinking about booking los hibicos on the strip for September.Would be very grateful to any feedback from anybody who has stayed there? Have always been lucky with accomodation in Puerto del carmen but they have always been in quieter areas.As its pretty much on the strip i wonder would there be a lot of noise and are the appartments clean etc. Greateful for any feedback! thanks

What is the best place to buy DIY goods in Lanzarote?
Hi, we have bought a studio apartment in Matagorda for holiday rentaly and will need to buy a few things for it, most specifically some fans and ideally an electric air cooler. We will also need some diy tools and a few items of furniture. I beleive that there is an Ikea on the island but is there a DIY and electrical store along the lines of B&Q and currys? hi we are coming to ct on the 4th sept i cant wait as we havent visited for 2 years...i was wondering about the price guides and which is the best car rental company i will need a 6 seater for a couple of days...also do i need my own insurance or will the company provide this ...this is the first time i wiil have hired a car abroad thats why the questions may seem daft to some of you...we have transfers from and to the airport so i dont need to hire from there thnx..any advise is much appreciated

Hi we are staying at rubicon palace. we have three children 17, 15, and 8 and are looing for a relaxing holiday but with some activities for the kids. have read mixed reviews about this hotel. if anyone has visited here would appreciate some comments. Thanks

its right at the far end of the web cam and has its own private beach, it looked lovely when wer strolling down there last year but cannot for the life of me remember the name of it, really loved Costa Teguise.
