Dirty with Freezing"heated" pool

Reception closed saturday afternoon and all day sunday, then open approx 7 hours per day-no acces to internet or car hire etc when closed as it is locked. Room had not been cleaned since last visitors left, still had dirty linens, full bins etc. Heated pool is not actually heated as advertised and receptionist made excuse after excuse until I realised they had no intention of heating it -cost saving. breakfast is served after 12noon-strange but true! Very poor value and other hotels in this resort offer far better value-i moved to the PlazaAzul nearby after five days and was very happy there-similar price with much higher standards.
