Reviewed by jacque, 2007-09-17 just back today, and I would NOT go back to this hotel, the food is crap, the place is like a creche, also, you have lots of ignorant spanish holidaymakers. It is not worth an all inclusive hotel, we ate out at the italian restaurant round the corner, food and service 100%.
This place is closing in October till June for a refurb, and not before time. rooms were clean, beds not comfy, ants a problem, only good thing was clean towels every day.
will not go back, recommend rancho texas nite out.
It reached 118 degrees when we were there twice.

going back nxt august
Reviewed by paula, 2007-09-03 just returned from lanzarote bay in august.we loved it so much we going back nxt august.there are supermarkets,shops & food joints just around the corner from hotel plus a lovely wee bar.we took a walk into CT town it took us 10 mins that was with buggys & kids in tow.if you wanna take a taxi it is 3euro.beach approx 10 mins away there are 2 nice beaches nearby.there is a free bus service that runs from the hotel to the beach throughout the day then it returns to the hotel again.hotel itself is amazing so much to do for adults & kids,very clean,food lovely plenty of choice,drinks generous!!,very nice helpful staff rooms spacious & clean maid service 6 days a week.

Reviewed by Peter, 2007-09-03 My family and I have been to this hotel twice in the last five years and are going again 4th. October. I can honestly say it is wonderfull. The food is exellent as are the drinks. Dont know if you are aware, it is fully inclusive. It is about ten min. walk from the first beach
( there are two beaches )Taxis are orderd from reception and are always there in 2 mins. Costa Teguise is a nice family resort no gangs of 18 - 30s. Hotel staff are great cant do enough for you. Trips out are on this web site but you might want to give the sunday market in Teguise a miss.Recommend the submarine safari and the trip to the grand tour around the island.
