Fantastic
Reviewed by Marianne, 2010-06-24 Stayed here twice, both times fantastic. Most apartments are timeshares. Mostly retired people staying, couple of families, which suited us fine ( we have son of 8years old) Yes apartments could do with decorating, new furniture. But if you are like us and spend 90% of your time on the beach or out and about then doesn't matter. All apartments extremely clean and grounds kept to a beautiful standard. Brilliantly located for beach, shops, bars etc. But no to close to be nuisance noise wise.
If you are looking for a quiet, friendly, clean place to stay but not 5 star, then this is for you!

Location, location, location!
Reviewed by Roger, 2009-10-26 Just returned from two weeks at Oasis Lanz, which is situated just minutes away from the best beaches, the best restaurants, and most of the shops. Hotel itself was OK, apparently many apartments are owned (as in timeshare) Two keys are about right; the building, apartments, and furnishings are in need of a good spruce up, although very well equipped for self caterers, and kept very clean.
Pool and garden areas are very well maintained and beautifully kept.
Staff are generally very helpful, although the maintenance man spoke no English, so every problem had to be relayed through the phone to reception, and when we arrived there was no-one to help us (two pensioners, both with arthritis)get our bags up the 32 steps to our apartment on the top floor.
On arrival guests are issued with a 'Welcome Pack' including a set of rules, but not many people seemed to abide by them.
To summarise, Oasis Lanz is probably a good bet for people with young families, and is very well located, and well priced, but don't expect peace and quiet, or luxury.
