We are pricing up a holiday to Lanzarote, and we are doing it all seperatley rather than as a package.
We`ve got flights and a hotel and rock bottom prices, but I need to know if anyone has ever taken a taxi from the airport to Playa Blanca and how much did it cost?

USE OF CHILD CAR SEATS IN LANZAROTE ?

I am looking at taking my 2 children (ages 2 and 6) to Lanzarote, but am concerned about getting them from the airport to the apartment in PDC and then back again at the end of the holiday. Does anyone know if child car seats are law and/or used in Lanzarote? Also can you hire child seats with a car out there?

What is access like for wheelchair users?

Hi, We have just booked to stay at Los Zocos in May 2008. We are a family of 4 but my 15 year old son is in a wheelchair so we wondered if anyone else in similar circumstances could offer any advice or tips. Can anyone recommend a taxi company that has vehicles adapted for wheelchairs? Can the local buses take wheelchairs? etc. We would be grateful for any advice as this will our first visit to the island. Regards, Martin

can any 1 tell me if the lanz bay hotel is near anything? how far is it from the beach, bars etc, do we need a taxi, whats the hotel like, anyone just back ?
